From its inception with the development of Vests and Plate Racks, and now with the product line expansion into Packs, Pouches, Accessories and Merch, P7 has been designed with four key objectives in mind:

The P7 SAVES PROGRAM celebrates the resilience of law enforcement and military personnel who survive critical incidents in the field while wearing PROJECT7 products. The program highlights the inspiring survival stories of the men and women PROJECT7 was founded to protect.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer returns and exchanges on PROJECT7 products in new, unused condition and in original packaging within 15 calendar days after delivery. Custom products are non-returnable, unless defective, in which case the custom product will be repaired or replaced by PROJECT7. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless a defective or incorrect item is being exchanged.
TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
- Request an RMA on our website HERE
- Once an RMA is approved, you will be emailed the RMA # to include with your shipment. If applicable, a shipping label will also be sent. If no shipping label is sent, return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned products must be received by PROJECT7 within 15 calendar days of RMA approval. If received after 15 calendar days, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any restocking fee to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If item is being exchanged, we will ship out the replacement product. The customer is responsible for the price difference if the replacement product is a higher price. You will be issued a refund if the price of the replacement product is lower than original purchase price.
- If an exchange is being made, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product. This will be charged to the original payment method upon shipment, along with any applicable restock fee. If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product, there will be no shipping charges.
P7 WARRANTY
In an industry flooded with shitty offshore products, PROJECT7 stands by our American Made Products and Workmanship with a warranty you can trust for a LIFETIME. If your PROJECT7 product fails, we will repair or replace it FOR LIFE.
This warranty is extended to PROJECT7 nylon products, and does not extend to ballistic armor and accessories. Ballistic armor packages will be warrantied for 5 years, to be repaired or replaced under the warranty of the original manufacturer.
