- It is a requirement to upload your Agency ID as well as provide your agency email address regardless of the email address used to create your account. Upon submission of this form, your Agency ID will be reviewed for accuracy and an email will be sent to your agency email address strictly for verification purposes. YOU MUST REPLY TO THE EMAIL SENT TO YOUR AGENCY EMAIL TO COMPLETE THE VERIFICATION PROCESS.
